Trevor Rusin joined the firm in 2011 and brings a strong background in both criminal and civil litigation. He served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in northern California, where he successfully prosecuted a variety of criminal actions relating to, among other things, fraud, environmental crimes, identity theft and terrorist threats. Before that, Mr. Rusin was a member of the litigation group at the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, LLP, where he worked on a broad range of cases.
Mr. Rusin worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable John R. Tunheim of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Mr. Rusin received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University in Foreign Service and received his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
Trevor Rusin is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
