Exploring the CPRA’s Investigatory Privilege

BB&K Free Webinar

Several years ago, the California Legislature saw fit to include an exemption for investigatory records within the California Public Records Act. Changes to this exemption were recently made, but much of it remains the same. Please join Best Best & Krieger LLP attorneys Christine Wood and Isaac Rosen for this refreshed look at the CPRA’s investigatory privilege. Specifically, the webinar will cover what records or information is exempt, what must be released, to whom, and when?
